PVC Cabinet – The Core of Our Kitchens

At Station Grill, the strength of every outdoor kitchen starts with its core—the structure, or what we like to call the skeleton of the kitchen.

We use 3/4″ black PVC, but not all PVC is created equal. Through close collaboration with our supplier, we’ve developed our own proprietary formula, engineered specifically for outdoor performance.

This material is 100% waterproof and mold-resistant, making it ideal for withstanding the most demanding outdoor conditions. Built to endure moisture, humidity, and temperature fluctuations, it ensures your kitchen remains solid, reliable, and long-lasting—season after season.
