Located beneath a fully covered outdoor living space, this luxury outdoor kitchen combines traditional stone masonry with Station Grill’s modular cabinetry system, creating a space that feels permanent, refined, and built for everyday living.

The result is a timeless outdoor kitchen that delivers the warmth of handcrafted masonry with the precision, durability, and functionality of premium outdoor cabinetry.

Le Griddle Plancha: More Than a Grill, It's an Outdoor Kitchen Essential

Le Griddle Plancha brings incredible versatility to an outdoor kitchen, making it much more than a space for grilling. Start your morning by cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, or French toast outdoors, then transition effortlessly to lunch and dinner with seafood, vegetables, smash burgers, fajitas, or stir-fries. Its large, even-heating cooking surface delivers precise results without flare-ups, making it an appliance you'll enjoy using from breakfast through evening entertaining.

Initial Situation

This outdoor entertainment area was conceived as an extension of the home’s interior. Protected from the elements and equipped with heating, lighting, and premium appliances, the space functions as a true outdoor room throughout much of the year.

The homeowners wanted the character and authenticity of natural stone while avoiding many of the limitations associated with fully masonry-built cabinetry.

The solution was to combine both construction methods strategically.

This project was designed around serious outdoor cooking. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a premium Blaze built-in grill with integrated storage below.

Keeps beverages and ingredients within easy reach without interrupting entertaining.

Built-In Sink and Faucet

An integrated sink dramatically improves food preparation and cleanup while making the outdoor kitchen function like an indoor workspace.

Built-In Blender Station

One of the most unique features of this project is the dedicated blender cabinet, allowing frozen drinks and cocktails to be prepared while keeping the appliance neatly concealed when not in use.

The Challenge

Traditional masonry construction creates beautiful outdoor kitchens, but it also presents challenges:

Rather than building every cabinet from masonry, the project team selected a hybrid approach that leverages the strengths of both materials.

The Solution

The structural islands and seating areas were constructed using natural stone veneer, creating visual weight and architectural permanence.

Station Grill cabinetry was then integrated into the masonry structure, providing:
